What we collect
- Information you give us through forms, chat, booking a call, or email: name, phone, email, what you are looking for, and anything you write in a message.
- Tool inputs you type into the flood-zone check, affordability and mortgage calculators. Addresses entered in the flood tool are sent to public geocoding and FEMA map services to return a result; we do not store them.
- Technical data collected automatically: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and cookies or similar identifiers used by our analytics and customer-relationship tools.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and provide real estate services you asked about.
- To send you listings, market updates or follow-ups you opted into.
- To measure how the website performs and improve it.
- To comply with Florida real estate law and record-keeping duties.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on a form, we may text you from ClearPath Realty Group. Two kinds of consent are offered separately: transactional messages about your specific inquiry, and marketing messages about listings and market updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
- Our customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), which stores contacts, messages and appointment bookings on our behalf.
- Our website host and analytics providers (Cloudflare, Google Analytics), which process technical data.
- Lenders, title companies, inspectors or other professionals only when you ask us to introduce you.
- Authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use analytics and CRM tracking scripts that set cookies to understand traffic and attribute leads to the page you came from. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email info@myclearpathrealty.com.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. Reply STOP to end texts.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida brokerage record-keeping requirements, then deleted. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard safeguards. No method is perfectly secure.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "updated" date. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
